Terms of Use
These terms set the ground rules for using Salsa and its lead-signal discovery service.

Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Salsa. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Salsa for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
The Salsa service
Salsa helps sales professionals discover potential lead signals from authorized internet channels. The service can analyze a product website, prepare an editable search plan, retrieve public channel content, and use automated systems to assess product fit and buying intent. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
You may use Salsa only if you can legally enter into this agreement and are not barred from receiving the service under applicable law.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Salsa to access and use that service on your behalf within the permissions you approve. You must have the right to connect the account and must follow the third party’s terms and policies.
Third-party services control their own availability, content, permissions, and limits. Salsa is not responsible for changes, suspensions, or errors caused by those services. You can revoke a connection from Salsa or the provider.
Acceptable use
You may not use Salsa to:
- break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- send spam, harassment, deceptive communications, or unlawful discrimination;
- access accounts, content, or systems without authorization, or evade provider limits and access controls;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer or copy the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use Salsa or its output to build or train a competing product or service.
You are responsible for how you contact or otherwise interact with a potential lead and for complying with marketing, privacy, consumer protection, and platform rules that apply to you.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in information you submit to Salsa. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the information and accounts you provide. We may use feedback you choose to send us without restriction or obligation to you.
AI-generated output
Search plans, lead classifications, summaries, and reasons may be generated with AI. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided to support your judgment, not replace it. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or contacting a potential lead.
Salsa ownership
Salsa and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, branding, and other materials, excluding content owned by you or third parties. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service while your account is active and you comply with these terms.
Availability and changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features and may impose reasonable usage limits. We aim to keep Salsa available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview or beta features may be changed or withdrawn at any time and may be less reliable than generally available features.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salsa is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Salsa does not guarantee that a signal will result in a sale, that third-party content is accurate, or that AI output is correct. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salsa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the service. Salsa’s total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use Salsa during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Salsa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
General terms
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We may update these terms as Salsa changes. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the support contact made available in the Salsa service.
